The online form below is your follow-up report and is the final step in the funding process. This information is important to us as it helps guide how we support future events and promote Moose Jaw as a destination for event organizers.
Once your follow-up report has been submitted, please email your event photos and any promotional materials where our logo was included as well as your invoice with a mailing address.
After those have been received, we will proceed with processing your funding payment.
If you are planning to host your event in Moose Jaw again, we encourage you to apply as early as possible for future funding consideration. Early applications help us plan ahead and better support events throughout the year.
